Respiratory Services Director

Job Responsibilities • Planning, implementation and marketing of services that meet the needs identified internal and external customers.
• Operational management of the department including but not limited to hiring, training, supervising, counseling, evaluating, all employees and maintaining regulatory requirements. • Financial management of the department including but not limited to capital and operational budgeting, variance analysis and management of resources within financial and productivity standards.
• Leadership through communicating the BMH vision/values, coaching, monitoring, counseling, and setting of departmental policies and goals.
• Communication/Interaction with identified internal and external customers.
• Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed. Minimum Experience Required - Five years experience in Respiratory Care to include supervisory experience. Preferred Experience Required - Seven years experience in Respiratory Care with three years of management/supervisory experience. Education Required - Skill and proficiency in respiratory care as typically associated with an Associate Degree in Respiratory Care from AMA approved program. Licensure Description - State respiratory care practitioner's license, BLS within 14 days of hire. Equal Opportunity Employer
