United Protective Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Field Training Officer to train Security Officers, conduct field inspections, and support operations across multiple client locations. Training & Development Responsibilities Professional Work Environment Competitive Benefits Package Schedule Saturday & Sunday: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM Monday & Tuesday: Off Key Responsibilities Train, coach, and mentor Security Officers in the field. Conduct site inspections and performance audits. Assist with incidents and emergency situations. Complete accurate reports and required documentation. Ensure officers follow company policies and client expectations. Promote professional customer service and security standards. Travel between client locations as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver’s License. Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements. Previous leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar role. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
