Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity providing Occupational Therapy services for the 2026-2027 school year in a supportive educational environment. This full-time position spans 37.5 hours per week, working across multiple school sites near Grenada, CA. As an essential member of the special education team, you'll have the chance to directly impact students' lives by guiding them toward better functional and academic outcomes.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current and valid CCA OT license required
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based Occupational Therapy setting
• Knowledge of current best practices for pediatric OT assessment and intervention
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering independence and growth in school-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services according to IEP mandates
• Collaborate with teachers and special education teams to support classroom success
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Engage with parents and caregivers to provide resources, support, and carryover activities
• Adapt interventions for a variety of needs, from sensory processing disorder to fine motor delays
