Coordinate with lenders, agents, and other parties to manage high transaction volumes. Requirements Florida-licensed attorney with at least 2 years of residential real estate experience. Strong skills in title review and transaction management. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Education JD from an accredited law school. Certifications Active Florida Bar membership in good standing. Florida Notary Public commission. Skills Detail-oriented and capable of managing a full docket.
