Real Estate Attorney

I’m currently partnering with a long standing firm looking for a Commercial Real Estate attorney with a minimum of one year of experience for their Sarasota office and will consider those with under a year experience as well. This firm offers low turnover, amazing healthcare insurance, path to partnership and NO billable hour requirement. This is an on site position. Attorney will be involved in: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase & sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements Handling acquisitions, dispositions, and lending transactions Managing due diligence (title, survey, zoning, and finance-related items) Supporting real estate development, joint ventures, and land use matters Coordinating transactions from contract through closing #J-18808-Ljbffr
