Our client is an AV-rated law firm in Sarasota, Florida , seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 1–10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, as well as buying, selling, and securitizing real estate. Candidates should have broad knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and related matters. Required Qualifications: 1–10 years of relevant commercial real estate experience Experience drafting and negotiating real estate loan documents Experience with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and securitizations Knowledge of real estate litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions Excellent academic credentials Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills Admission to the Florida Bar Preferred Qualifications: Broad transactional experience across multiple areas of commercial real estate Experience handling sophisticated real estate and lending matters Ability to manage matters from negotiation through closing This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on a broad range of commercial real estate and lending matters in a respected, collegial law firm environment.
