Assistant General Manager – Greensboro Embassy Suites Location: Greensboro, NC 27409. Full‑time. Compensation Range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year plus bonus. Job Description Preferred candidate will have a strong balance of both Food & Beverage operations and Rooms operations background. The role supports daily hotel operations and manages revenue and cash functions. What You Will Do Team Leader: guide and support your team through daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Revenue Pro: oversee daily processes and deliver timely, accurate revenue reports. Cash Expert: manage house funds and resolve cashier discrepancies with skill and attention to detail. Month‑End Specialist: complete month‑end tasks and general ledger duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Process Pro: streamline operations and optimize efficiency across departments. Integrity Champion: build trust with direct, honest communication, ensuring a respectful and reliable environment. Decision Maker: use experience and sound judgment to make swift, impactful decisions that enhance guest experiences and drive business success. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hotel management experience, with a proven track record leading hotel operations and managing teams. Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, Workday. Strong operational and financial acumen.
