Location: Chandler, AZ (On-site)
Type: Direct Hire | Pay: $27/hour (W2)
Schedule (will vary):

• Tue–Sat, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or
• Tue–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM + Sat, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
  Openings: 1
  Experience: 1+ year upselling/cross-selling (required)

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Banking Specialist to support clients through an inbound call center environment. In this role, you’ll balance service needs with consultative sales—asking great questions, identifying financial goals, and recommending products and solutions that fit.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns while delivering a strong client experience
• Open/fulfill banking products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans
• Quote rates, terms, and available programs
• Identify needs that require licensed support and refer to the appropriate partners
• Manage risk and follow procedures in every interaction using available tools/technology

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum 1 year of upselling/cross-selling experience
• Comfortable working on-site in Chandler, AZ
• Flexible to work schedules that may include weekends and holidays
• Intermediate computer proficiency (able to learn new systems/technology)
• Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, handle objections, and explain options clearly
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with feedback/coaching in a performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Telephone sales experience
• Call center experience
• Banking/financial services experience
