Location: Franklin, MA Hours: 1st shift (6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, overtime as needed) What you'll be doing: Assemble intricate optical and mechanical components following SOPs and drawings Inspect, clean, and test parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate production records and adhere to ISO/FDA quality regulations What you'll need to be considered for this position: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus) 1–2 years of experience in precision medical device assembly preferred Comfortable working in a cleanroom with microscopes, adhesives, solvents, and small tools Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and meet productivity/quality targets Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills What's in it for me?
