HR Coordinator

We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support HR processes and safety operations. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and follows through time-sensitive tasks. Key Responsibilities HR & Administrative Support Provide backup support for onboarding and HR processes as needed. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist with employee communication and general HR inquiries. Support HR projects and administrative tasks. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Safety & Operations Coordinate safety training and drug testing. Track and manage compliance items. Maintain safety systems and reporting. Support in safety documentation and incident reporting as needed. Assist with random testing programs. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS/Safety Systems a plus What Makes You Successful Reliable follow-through and strong organization Able to handle multiple tasks without dropping details Proactive and responsive Comfortable coordinating across employees, clinics, and management
