These teammates will bring a vast range of experiences across financial management, accounting, audit, internal controls, and financial policy.Our Guidehouse team will provide:Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), DoD financial management policies and procedures and DoD organizational structuresFinancial audit statements and audit readiness servicesUnderstanding of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) policies and federal financial management systemsUnderstanding of DoD acquisition, inventory, property and material managementWhat You Will NeedAn ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance; candidates must have approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management/Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data ScienceTHREE (3) or more years' experience supporting a Department of War (DoW) financial management, internal control, audit remediation projects.
