Responsible for overall supervision of maintenance, installation and repair work on: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, systems and components. Responsible for coordination of troubleshooting, repair and installation work with Engineering Operations and Planning. Assures work quality and progress in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, SOM standards, and local, state and federal codes. This work is performed under limited supervision and using the tools and techniques of engineering technologies. Successful completion of formal training in one of a state-approved Journey Plumber, Journey Mechanic, Millwright Machinist, Electrical, HVACR program at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization; or, requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. Demonstrates the annual accomplishment of trade-specific continuing education. Salary Range: Minimum $31.96/hour - Maximum $55.95/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
