Controller

Exceptional growing company is seeking a Controller to lead their accounting team. This position reports directly to the CFO. A key responsibility is assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes as well as evaluating and managing accounting and internal control systems. Responsibilities Planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions. Managing and consolidating all financial data Preparation of financial statements Supporting acquisitions and M&A integrations Qualifications Strong initiative and analytical skills are required with the ability to define and implement processes and procedures to maximize efficiency. Experience working with private equity is a plus. CPA license or in progress required. Experience with Acquisitions a plus Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Minimum of 8 plus years of experience.
