To learn more about being a Warehouse Associate at North Coast Electric: What You Will Do Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization Manage daily customer returns and vendor RGA requests Facilitate bulk returns (jobsite clean offs) Facilitate recycle program Back up Credits & Claims Safe forklift/equipment usage Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems Team oriented Safety awareness oriented Quality & detail oriented Good oral & written communication skills Committed to constant improvement, teamwork Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) Basic Outlook, Excel & Word experience Solar experience is a plus Physical Requirements And Work Environment Repetitive lifting & pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.) Mostly warehouse environment & computer work Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Salary & Compensation This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime Pay is $21/hour - $25.24/hour, DOE.
