As the Data Analytics Team Lead, you will: Guide and supervise a team of 4‑6 data analytics professionals, establishing processes that promote autonomy within cross‑functional teams while upholding high quality standards and supporting individual development. Shape our technical strategy for self‑service analytics, empowering your team to engage in higher‑value analyses and tool development. Redefine our experimentation approach by applying increased rigor and collaborating with product and engineering to establish consistent standards for eventing, cohorting, analytics, and more. Build strategic alliances with other leaders across the organization, advocating for your team's engagement and facilitating high‑quality analytics delivery. Tackle performance issues head‑on and make decisions prioritizing the best outcomes for our users, team, and business. Develop efficient teams and processes that optimize our data analytics resources. Create ambitious yet attainable quarterly roadmaps that propel our business forward through innovative tooling, enabling faster and more consistent output from your team while guiding cross‑team analytics that inform strategic decisions. Take ownership of commitments made by your team, ensuring measurable achievements, and remain flexible to pivot focus toward the most impactful projects when necessary. About you: You possess extensive knowledge in data analytics and a solid grasp of data systems and processes, particularly regarding the delivery of scalable, repeatable self‑service analytics. You have over 5 years of experience managing data analytics professionals, successfully leading a team of embedded members, and cultivating a culture of autonomy within collaborative teams. You bring expert‑level experience in experimentation analytics and are enthusiastic about guiding systematic approaches to experimentation design, implementation, and evaluation throughout the organization. You prioritize accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in analytics tools, recognizing the strategic value and potential risks of erroneous data. You adapt your management style to meet the needs of your team members, discovering where some thrive with greater independence than others. You excel in stakeholder engagement and have a talent for cultivating effective relationships across the organization. You proactively organize peer feedback sessions. You demand active involvement from your team, ensuring they proactively address anticipated inquiries and develop resources to tackle related questions.
