We are looking for a Lead for Strategic Partnerships in Data Center Power to enhance our global data center portfolio in alignment with our strategic goals related to AI advancements. This pivotal role involves taking responsibility for developing our strategic partnership program, specifically focusing on power partnerships and investments to support our data center location strategy. The lead will play a crucial part in creating large‑scale capacity solutions and will be critical in swiftly expanding infrastructure through collaborations with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, data center developers, and colocation providers. Key Responsibilities Drive and scale the strategic partnerships program by identifying and structuring lucrative opportunities for multi‑site data center development and powered land portfolios to address Meta's long‑term capacity needs. Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis of potential investments and partnerships to ensure commercial viability and alignment with Meta's financial goals. Work alongside leaders in energy, finance, corporate development, and legal to develop an actionable strategic plan that meets our capacity targets. Oversee the strategy for negotiating and executing intricate investment partnerships. Engage with the global investment community to fulfill Meta's infrastructure requirements. Be prepared to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, research, or corporate development. 3+ years of experience involving power infrastructure. Proven competency in financial structuring and modeling, especially within the infrastructure and energy sectors. Demonstrated leadership in negotiating complex deals involving acquisitions or joint ventures. Expertise in structuring unique deals, including bespoke investments and structured project financing. Strategic thinker skilled in making decisions in uncertain environments and influencing executive leaders. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities combined with a successful track record in project leadership and solution development. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams. Strong presentation and communication capabilities. In‑depth knowledge of industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating AI tools for optimizing workflows and achieving measurable outcomes. A commitment to implementing responsible AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation. Continued development of AI‑related skills and knowledge of emerging technologies. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, MBA, or J.D. 10+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development. 5+ years in power infrastructure experience. Experience in international infrastructure development. Background in investment research or investment with a focus on the power industry.
