Corporate FP&A Responsibilities Lead the entire annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly reforecasting, and long‑term financial planning processes. Develop and sustain the corporate financial model, encompassing P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts. Facilitate monthly business reviews, delivering clear variance analyses and forward‑looking insights based on actual vs. budget performance. Collaborate with the CFO and senior leadership to construct financial scenarios that inform strategic decisions, M&A activities, and capital allocation. Management Reporting Duties Design, oversee, and enhance a comprehensive suite of internal financial reports for leadership, the board, and investors. Create a consistent reporting schedule that provides business leaders with timely information in actionable formats. Guarantee the integrity and consistency of all financial reporting, from board presentations to departmental summaries. Own the narrative: translate financial outcomes into meaningful business insights. General & Administrative Finance Partnership Act as the dedicated finance partner for General & Administrative functions such as HR, Legal, IT, and Finance - facilitating budget management, headcount planning, and expenditure governance. Cultivate trusted relationships with G&A leaders to promote accountability regarding budgets and aid in prioritizing investments. Lead G&A budget proposals during the AOP and forecasting phases, rigorously reviewing assumptions to ensure alignment with company objectives. Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to G&A leadership for vendor decisions, headcount requests, and organizational adjustments. Systems & Automation Responsibilities Manage the FP&A technology stack, which includes planning tools and BI platforms, while ensuring smooth data integration with ERP and HRIS systems. Drive the automation of repetitive reporting and forecasting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Data Analytics to ensure reliable data pipelines that support financial planning and reporting. Design and maintain scalable models and templates to accommodate business growth. Assess and implement new FP&A tools when necessary. Qualifications We Seek 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven ability to manage a complete AOP cycle and oversee monthly/quarterly close reporting. Strong financial modeling capabilities - crafting models that are user‑friendly and maintainable. Experience as a finance business partner for G&A or corporate functions. Hands‑on knowledge of FP&A tools (such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and BI platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI). Demonstrated success in automating and streamlining financial processes to enhance operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort in presenting to C‑suite and board members. Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining an understanding of broader organizational goals.
