Position Summary In this pivotal role, you will steer the growth of our Healthcare Sector across key regions. Collaborating with our Global and Regional Healthcare Leaders and other stakeholders, you will lead the pursuit, acquisition, and execution of projects. Moreover, you will partner closely with our Global Business Development Leader for guidance and professional development. The ideal candidate is an outgoing and entrepreneurial leader, ready to explore new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. The successful candidate will Leverage A/E/C business development experience to identify, research, and qualify opportunities in the healthcare market, engaging with stakeholders and decision‑makers. Cultivate and sustain long‑term client relationships in partnership with Regional Sector and Client Leaders. Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities, driving proactive business development initiatives. Participate in industry organizations and committees to enhance knowledge of healthcare trends and DLR Group’s portfolio. Collaborate on marketing strategies and business planning to optimize ROI and minimize random acts of marketing. Meet or exceed growth and fee targets in collaboration with the Healthcare Team. Coordinate logistics and client outreach for industry conferences. Create Business Development Reports, lead weekly strategy sessions, and ensure accurate CRM and BD tracking. Coordinate with the Healthcare Marketing team on RFQ/P strategies, proposal reviews, and interview logistics. Required Qualifications Industry Proficiency: Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in A|E|C. Interpersonal Skills: Charismatic and adept at building rapport internally and externally. Professional Demeanor: Polished representation of the firm with meticulous attention to detail. Receptive & Eager Learner: Committed to continuous improvement and feedback. Organizational & Collaborative Skills: Effectively manage multiple tasks and excel in diverse team roles. Self‑Starter & Knowledgeable: Independent worker with a keen understanding of the firm’s practices and goals. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of relevant business development experience in A/E/C, commercial real estate, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Active involvement in industry organizations and community initiatives. Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
