About the Role As an Account Management Executive/Key Account Specialist, you will take charge of a portfolio of significant business accounts, each generating $250k or more. Your key focus will be on identifying opportunities for our Core Products and Expert Solutions, enabling you to foster deeper engagement with clients and take on greater responsibilities in negotiation and terms setting. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This position requires you to build relationships with various stakeholders within Key Accounts, including Librarians, Heads of Research, Data Analytics professionals, CNO's, CQO/VPs of Quality, and other C‑suite executives in clinical settings. Your responsibility also includes managing accounts within a designated territory. Responsibilities Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for Core Products and Expert Solutions in your market area. Engage with clients to grasp their needs and align them with our offerings effectively. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate product/service terms with a degree of authority. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and sales metrics. Follow up on leads and successfully convert them into sales. Manage customer accounts diligently and ensure their satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve issues. Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports. Participate in crafting strategies to achieve sales objectives. Skills Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Customer Service/Account Management: Understanding of principles and practices for effective customer service and management of large accounts. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our products or services. Sales Strategy: Strong consultative selling approach focused on value. CRM Software: Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management tools. Problem‑Solving: Ability to understand and resolve complex customer issues. Organization: Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Analytical Skills: Basic analytics proficiency for tracking performance and metrics. Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in account management, sales, and relationship management, ideally within large hospital or health systems. Experience in software sales. Compensation

$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD
