Sales EngineerWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to join a growing organization in the electrical manufacturing industry. This role serves as a key liaison between sales administration, manufacturing, engineering, and customers by providing technical support, preparing cost estimates, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the overall sales strategy.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into practical product solutions while supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound sales inquiries from sales representatives, engineers, architects, and other technical professionalsReview customer specifications, drawings, and documentation to develop accurate cost estimates and quotationsProvide technical guidance regarding product applications, operation, and maintenanceAddress and overcome technical and business objections from prospective customersPrepare sales orders and coordinate delivery schedules based on production timelinesCollaborate with internal departments including manufacturing, engineering, and sales administration to ensure customer satisfactionSupport account management, lead analysis, forecasting, and business reportingMaintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales processPerform additional duties as assignedSkills & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering preferredExperience: 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredKnowledge: ERP or MRP software, design software, order processing systemsSoftware: Microsoft Office SuiteWhat We OfferMedical, Dental, & Vision InsuranceFSA/HSA401(k) w/company matchLife InsurancePTOPaid HolidaysPlease Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
