JOB DESCRIPTION:SUMMARYWe are seeking an FP&A Manager I to support the Engineered Materials organization. This role leads financial planning, performance management, and business partnerships across multiple manufacturing areas. The position will develop a team of analysts while delivering actionable insights to drive operational performance and influence decision-making.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and develop a team of FP&A analysts, drive accountability, capability, and engagementPartner with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to support strategic and financial decision-makingAnalyze financial and operational performance; translate data into actionable business insightsLead budget, forecast, and period-end close processes; ensure accurate and timely reportingIdentify risks and opportunities; drive actions to improve cost, productivity, and financial outcomesSupport strategic initiatives including cost reduction, capital investments, and process improvementsContinuously improve financial processes, reporting, and tools to increase efficiency and insightQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience; prior leadership or project leadership preferredStrong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skillsExperience partnering with operations or manufacturing environments preferredAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/reporting tools experience a plusStrong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organizationSelf-starter with the ability to manage priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environmentCOMPENSATIONPay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.PAY RANGE:$101,176.00 - $156,824.00 CULTURE AND BENEFITS:At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
