Product Manager, Ford Pro Intelligence - Video Telematics

Overview Ford Pro’s Telematics product has been on the market for several years and is experiencing rapid growth. Ford Pro Telematics with Dashcam launched in 2024, and expanded to the UK market in 2026, showing increased demand globally. In this position, you will own the roadmap, execution, and outcomes for the growing video telematics product space. What You’ll Do Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Video Telematics products globally, focusing on applications related to driver safety and security. Work with other product, engineering, and design partners to understand the art of the possible and align on shared goals and roadmaps to create value for our customers. Manage third‑party partnerships to drive quality and prioritize enhancements to meet customer and business needs. Work with sales, marketing, and operations to prioritize product improvements and long‑term strategic bets, balancing inputs with product needs. Conduct primary research (interviews, surveys, attend trade shows, etc.). Present to executive Ford leadership on performance metrics and roadmap. You’ll Have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field. 3+ years as a product manager, having shipped successful hardware and software products in the past, ideally in the B2B space. Experience managing external supplier relationships. Demonstrated effectiveness in complex, highly matrixed organizations. Even Better, You May Have Experience working with businesses that utilize fleets of vehicles. Experience with camera and cloud video products. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $138,800 to $232,700 in CA. This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $115,000 to $192,900 in MI. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
