Financial Analyst

Position Overview The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to support decision making across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough financial analysis and forecasting to support business planning and strategy development. Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, including budget vs. actual analysis and variance explanations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and business metrics to measure performance. Monitor and analyze market trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. Communicate financial results and analysis to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in a financial analysis role. Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
