Finance Manager

The main functions of the Finance Manager is to perform monthly forecasting, Annual Operating Plan, Monthend close and Financial reporting. In addition, perform finance analysis to explain variance to plan and forecast. Job Responsibilities Direct the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, that summarize and forecast the organization’s financial position Prepare special reports required by regulatory authorities Direct the organization’s budgets to meet its financial goals Oversee planning and reporting function Manage stakeholder relationships and provide insights and analysis of variance to their plan/forecast Oversee the month end close and reportin Partnering with HR on headcount planning and reportin Skill Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinkin Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s tim Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future expense Strong knowledge of economic and accounting principles, SOX controls, policies, and reporting of financial dat Strong knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accountin Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial softwar Education/Experien Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
