Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC)

PTSMC has partnered with Yale University to provide contracted physical therapy services to the University community of employees, faculty, and students. What You’ll Do:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with your patients
• Deliver exceptional care and tailor treatment plans to meet individual goals
• Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and your care team to ensure best outcomes
• Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources
• Represent PTSMC in the community and promote our “PT for Life” philosophy

What You Bring:

• Degree from an accredited OT program
• Connecticut Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to apply)
• A genuine desire to help people live healthier, more active lives
