Responsibilities& JobDuties(including,butarenotlimitedto):
- Provide best-in-class service to our TFL retail and private-label customers through all available means of communication.
- WorkinthePoint-of- Salesystemtoassistcustomersonticketpurchasesanddelivery.
- Delivering industry-leading customer experience with tone, empathy, confidence and attention to detail
- Develop and create solutions to customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- ExecuteCRMstrategy,effectivelymaximizingHubSpotcapabilities.
- UtilizeCustomerRelationshipManagementtoolsforrecordingcustomercommunication and interactions.
- Ensure proper procedures for all interactions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Actively contribute ideas and potential improvements to team members and management
- Proactively engage in protecting company assets through vigorous fraud prevention and cash handling procedures, actively assessing credit card misuse or abuse
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegreeinarelatedfieldpreferred
- Ability to successfully complete a standard background check.
- Musthaveapassionforsportsand/orliveentertainment.
- Retail,travel,events,sportsorliveentertainmentexperienceconsideredaplus.
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- Self- motivation,attentiontodetailandstrongorganizationalskillsrequired.
- Mustbeabletoworkindependentlyandaspartofateaminagroupsetting.
