Travel Surgical Tech/ORT - Certified Surgical Technologist/CST

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a Main OR position, requiring current acute care hospital experience and NBSTSA certification.

Job Details

• Main OR unit with 23 operating rooms and a staff of approximately 70,
• 1:1 patient ratios in the OR,
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
• Uses Meditech / CPN EMR system,
• Performs elective surgical cases including Ortho, Spine, General, CV, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology,
• No trauma cases on this unit,
• On-call responsibilities include a 30 minute response time, second call on some weekends, and possible first call for 1-2 shifts,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care CST experience in a hospital setting,
• NBSTSA certification required,
• BLS certification required,
• State licensure required if applicable,
• Ortho/Spine or CV experience preferred,
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration,
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
