Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring a CO or compact license and EPIC charting experience.

Job Details

• Operating Room unit within a hospital setting,
• Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts per week (0645-1715),
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications,
• May be required to be on-call during a regularly scheduled shift,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license, CO or compact, currently in hand,
• ASN required, BSN preferred,
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association, must not expire prior to start,
• ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification as appropriate for the unit,
• 1 year of OR nursing experience required,
• EPIC charting experience required,
• DOB and last 4 of SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in the OR,
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical patients,
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines,
• Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization,
• Returning staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
