Overview
Physical Therapist – General in Plymouth, MA. Travel - Temporary Assignment. Start date 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,161–$2,360 per week. Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly. Shift: 10-hour days with every other weekend required. This is an acute inpatient PT position working as part of an interdisciplinary team in an inpatient, acute care setting. Orientation is every other week during which interviews and offers may occur. Local candidates are not accepted; must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the assignment site. Licensure, CPR, and inpatient PT experience are required per program notes.

Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient evaluations and re-evaluations, develop and adjust a plan of care, and provide PT treatment for a wide range of diagnoses in the inpatient setting
- Implement and progress therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional outcomes
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, home programs, and discharge planning
- Complete timely, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care across services
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, organization, and problem-solving in a dynamic inpatient environment

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Inpatient PT experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to work 10-hour day shifts with every other weekend
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong teamwork and documentation abilities
- Travel eligibility; must reside outside the assignment radius (not within 50 miles)
