What You Will Be DoingAs the Program Management Manager you will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end program execution, from concept through development, demonstration, and transition to production.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Managing the evolution or maturing critical technologies and their insertion into the tactical missiles line of businesses.Managing of all aspects of programs from their inception through development and maturing through demonstration for readiness of system in handing off to the line of business for transition to production.Program derivation, capture, and execution of TMAP missile development projects. Cost, schedule and technical performance of the projects / programs they manage and coordination with all the functions (engineering, finance, global supply chain, manufacturing, etc), other Advanced Program directorates, and the Tactical Missiles line of business areas. Negotiation of contract and contract changes, coordinating the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract and the overall technical approach and schedule to meet overall project objectives.Act as the primary interface with the customers and business development personnel to ensure constant and superior relations with warfighter or customer entity.
