Financial Management Analyst

DutiesHelpPrepare budget and long-range lease administration, design and construction workload forecasts, and/or related resource requirements for the District.Evaluate program trends, changing program goals, and funding requirements for a program consisting of facility modernization new construction of a wide variety of facilities on military installations and/or leased facilities.Analyze detailed reports to advise Program Managers on status and problem areas using knowledge of NAB programs and solid grasp of analytic, organizational, communications skills, and/or design and construction processes.Prepare studies and analyses on implications of changes to legislation, policies, and/or procedures that may impact program execution, workload, and resources.
