Overview Maloney Properties LLC is a real estate firm established in 1981. Our services include property management, real estate development, hospitality management, sales/marketing, and construction management. We manage more than 100 housing communities with more than 11,000 units throughout the New England area. Maloney Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities Oversee 3 residential properties (161 units) located in Chinatown. Properties include a mix of family housing units and programs: Homeless set-aside (HOME), Project Based Voucher (PBV), Project Based Section 8 (PBS8), Community-Based Housing (CBH), Facilities of Consolidation Fund (FCF), and condo units. Work hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly opening and closing, resident relations, vendors management, leasing, waitlist management, file compliance, annual recertifications, and staff supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr Maloney Properties LLC Career Center
