Accounting Representative - AP and Property Accounting

In this role within our Accounting Department - supporting either our Accounts Payable or Property Accounting team - you will leverage your problem-solving and organizational abilities to prepare, process, and maintain accurate accounts payable records. Responsibilities Review all invoices for assigned vendors for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Prepare and process payment of invoices, including check, ACH, and wire transfers Process 3‑way purchase order match for invoices into SAP ERP system; reconcile vendor statements, credit cards, discrepancies, and overpayments Provide accurate documentation and records management in accordance with company policy and general accounting practices and principles Respond to all inquiries from internal and external customers utilizing the shared mailbox Perform general office assignments as needed to support the team Requirements 1+ years of experience in accounting support Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Strong communication skills with internal and external customers across phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to prioritize and multi‑task effectively Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; ability to use a variety of online systems Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting.
