Job Duties:

  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Insurance verification
  • Manage schedules for physicians and staff
  • Answer patient calls
  • Change or cancel appointments as necessary
  • Confirming patient appointments
  • Collect payments
  • Communicating with other health care professionals
  • Creates pre-admission encounter for patients
  • Gathering patient information
