Housing Stability Case Manager

Bayaud Works, a subsidiary operating in the Denver area, is seeking a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, housing-focused case management to families at the Tamarac Family Emergency Shelter. You will identify housing barriers, develop stability plans, and connect residents with wraparound services to promote long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency. The role requires strong organizational skills, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with shelter staff and community partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
