Kforce has a client that is seeking an Economic Intelligence and AI Insights Lead in Washington, DC. Overview: This role sits within the Economic Intelligence function and is responsible for analyzing and shaping the narrative around consumer behavior and economic trends in a rapidly evolving economic environment. The position plays a critical role in transforming complex economic data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making across diverse markets. The role will also contribute to the development of an AI Economy Monitoring Dashboard, designed to track and interpret how artificial intelligence is influencing economic activity and consumer behavior over time. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and synthesize economic and consumer data to develop clear, actionable insights on market trends and conditions * Shape and communicate the narrative around consumer behavior and macroeconomic trends in a rapidly changing economy * Produce localized economic insights tailored to specific markets to support executive engagement and travel * Enable leadership to have informed, relevant conversations with stakeholders across different regions based on real-time economic conditions * Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret economic and consumer data sources * Support the design, development, and ongoing evolution of an AI Economy Monitoring Dashboard * Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment, data consistency, and effective use of insights * Conduct ongoing analysis to understand how AI is impacting economic trends and consumer behavior * Translate complex data sets into clear narratives, reports, and executive-ready materials Key Focus Areas: * Consumer behavior analysis in a dynamic economic environment * Localized and regional economic intelligence for executive decision support * AI-driven economic impact monitoring and reporting* Experience in economic analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field * Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and insights * Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence executive audiences * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment * Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboards preferred
