Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities Assist Compensation Lead with the completion of annual broad-based and executive compensation surveys. Conduct market analyses and partner with HR teammates to develop recommendations for new hires and internal roles. Assist Compensation Lead with the execution of programs that require cross functional collaboration, including annual compensation planning. Develop communication tools to help expand understanding of compensation programs. Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation questions. Keep abreast of compensation trends as well as federal, state, local and/or provisional laws and regulations. Assist with managing equity plans through the Fidelity platform. Other duties that may be assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business. Experience in Banking / Human Resources / Compensation is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Preferred experience with Workday, Fidelity and PayScale. Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner. Excellent communication skills including speaking, writing and presenting. Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization. Strong organizational skills, including effective time management. Self-starter, pro-active, willing to learn.
