Senior Medical Information Manager

Ipsen seeks a Senior Medical Information Manager in Cambridge to serve as a scientific expert developing and delivering high-quality medical information for company products. The role involves managing complex content, leading regulatory reviews, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and providing oversight of medical information operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and approval of clinical response documents, FAQs, and training materials for scientific inquiries
- Monitor literature, labeling updates, guidelines, and external resources to maintain current and accurate medical content
- Serve as lead medical reviewer on promotional and non-promotional materials through review committees
- Oversee medical information call center operations including quality assurance and process improvement
- Analyze inquiry trends and data gaps to inform content strategy and stakeholder decision-making
Requirements
- 3+ years pharmaceutical medical information experience or related clinical pharmacy/managed care with advanced degree
- Advanced medical writing skills to synthesize and communicate complex scientific information
- Advanced proficiency in medical literature databases including PubMed and EMBASE
- Extensive experience developing compliant, scientifically balanced medical information response documents
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory, legal, and industry guidelines for pharmaceutical drug information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
