Description - Your Contributions

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection and preparation of specimens for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, guide new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining robust quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation norms.

Education Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment duration.
