Ono, Miami and Dallas, Shanghai, Tokyo and Europe, we offer in each region competitive perks and benefits.Do the most meaningful work of your career by joining us on our mission to transform tomorrows, today.Position Overview:The Global Treasurer is responsible for managing our global treasury functions by developing and maintaining policies and procedures while leading cash management and forecasting, foreign exchange and interest rate risk mitigation, investment strategy, letters of credit / guarantees, credit agreement compliance, and commercial insurance programs. This is a great opportunity to lead strategic initiatives at a global scale.What you will be doing:Manage all global treasury operations, including developing, enhancing, and implementing treasury policies and procedures, compliance, and internal controlsManage daily cash operations, ensuring sufficient funds are available to support financial obligations, and reporting across multiple currenciesDevelop cash flow forecasts under an appropriate cadence to identify any deviations to budgetManage timely establishment and maturity of letters of credit / guaranteesLead financial risk management of global commercial insurance programs, foreign exchange and interest rate riskLead all global banking services, including corporate travel and purchase credit cardsManage all banking relationships and treasury technology infrastructureLead all investment activities to maximize returns while maintaining acceptable risk levelsManage required credit facility reporting, including covenant compliance reportingManage commercial insurance renewals with brokers, maintain current Certificates of Insurance (COI) internally and with third parties, and partner with internal departments to understand current and future risk management requirementsStay current on financial industry trends, market conditions, regulations, and best practices, to continuously improve processes and drive efficienciesPartner with the Company's Internal Audit Manager to document and enhance the Company's Order to Cash and Treasury / Risk Management control environments to ensure Sarbanes Oxley ("SOX") compliance requirementsContribute to a business climate and culture that encourages integrity, respect, excellence and innovationOther duties as assigned based on the needs of the function or the businessQualifications:Education (required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldProfessional Certifications (preferred): MBA, CPA, CFA, and/or CTPAt least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience with a multinational organization in cash management, treasury, and insurance risk managementStrong multinational experience with foreign currencyStrong financial acumen and capabilities including skills to create, utilize, and analyze complex financial modelsProven ability to build and lead high-performing teamsAbility to work independently, multi-task, and execute in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and strong analytical/problem solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively in EnglishAbility to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas, in addition to external partnersExcellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight, and strong attention to detailAbility to take ownership, meet deadlines, and execute on strategic decisionsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityStrong work ethic with unquestionable integrityExperience with treasury management systems, banking platforms (including eBanking portals), and cash management productsStrong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel as limited periodic domestic and/or international travel may be requiredRecruiting Agencies: We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third parties for any of our open positions.
