Desired Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist certification
• Experience conducting assessments and evaluations in a school setting
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and educational interventions
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an educational team
• Organizational skills and attention to deadlines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support student interventions and appropriate placements
• Provide individual and group counseling to address social and emotional needs
• Support teachers and administrators with classroom management techniques and strategies
• Assist in crisis intervention and development of behavioral support plans
• Actively engage with families and communicate results, recommendations, and strategies
• Maintain documentation and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
