Desktop Support Technician

Iron Service Global Inc is looking for a Desktop Support L1 technician to join our team in Moosic, PA and deliver top-notch desktop, hardware, and telecom support! What You'll Do Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Handle break-fix, desk-side support, IMACDs, data migrations, and system refreshes Manage and resolve tickets within SLA, keeping end users informed every step of the way Coordinate with hardware vendors and Level 3 support teams for smooth service delivery Support on-site/off-site events, meetings, and disaster recovery situations Provide rotational on-call support and hands-on network data/voice assistance Install and configure IP, wireless, analog, and digital phones (Avaya, Nortel, Cisco, Siemens, Mitel) Test and punch cabling (patch panels, IDFs, MDFs, Krone tools) Maintain phone, peripheral, and circuit inventory in coordination with the network voice team Liaise with ISPs, OEMs, and channel suppliers What You Bring BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience with Windows , Active Directory , Ticketing Tools , and Desktop Support (required) Strong customer service orientation and communication skills Experience with MS Office, VPN, networked printing, and mobile device support CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent) preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and travel to remote sites/clusters as needed A proactive, analytical mindset with a knack for troubleshooting #J-18808-Ljbffr Iron Systems, Inc
