The Opportunity
We're hand picking a select few to join our brokerage, driven closers who want real ownership of their book and their income. This isn't a desk job with a salary cap; it's a seat for someone who wants to build something of their own. You'll work deals across office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land, with the listings, data, and marketing muscle of a full-service firm behind you. The ceiling on what you earn? There isn't one.
What You'll Do
- Hunt down new business through prospecting, networking, and relentless relationship building
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants from first contact to closing
- Run market research, valuations, and competitive analysis that sharpen every pitch
- Build listing packages, marketing decks, and property data sheets that win
- Own your pipeline and your transactions end to end
What You Bring
- Active Nebraska real estate license (or the drive to obtain one before you start)
- Commercial real estate experience preferred but a proven, hungry sales background turns heads
- Sharp communication, negotiation, and relationship instincts
- Self-motivated and built to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
