Our OSHC service Willetton OSHClub is looking for a dedicated Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. This permanent part-time role guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays. Job Description Why JAG? About the Role Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5‑12 years old. Your role will include: Facilitating exciting, child‑led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love! Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community. Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program. You’ll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the service’s opening hours of: Morning: 6:30 am – 8:45 am (Rise then Shine Program) Afternoon: 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm (Stay and Play Program) School Holidays: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (Holiday HQ Program) Qualifications No formal experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need. We’re looking for someone who: Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact. Communicates clearly and confidently. Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role. Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check.
