What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to a variety of stepdown and med/surg patients in a mixed acuity unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications, including titrations, CPAP/BiPAP therapy, and other treatments
• Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans
• Support float staffing needs within the OSU organization as required
• Maintain compliance with all hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a similar acute care setting
• Comfortable with CPAP/BiPAP, med titrations, and charge nurse responsibilities
• Ability to float as needed within the organization
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
