Job Summary We are seeking experienced CNA or Home Health Aides (HHA) for 12‑hour day shifts (7 AM to 7 PM) or overnight shifts (7 PM to 7 AM) in Acton, MA, for female caregivers with Alzheimer’s and Dementia experience. The role requires one‑on‑one care in a client’s home few days a week, helping clients live safely, independently, and with dignity. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and skin care. Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens). Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Provide companionship and emotional support. Follow care plans developed by the clinical team. Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the supervising nurse. Qualifications Active CNA license in Massachusetts. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar setting. Ability to work overnight shifts (9 PM to 8 AM) with accommodations provided. Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide references.
