As a Patrol Officer, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the location, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and respond to alarms and security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, surrounding business areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures; provide directions and assistance to visitors as needed. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel. Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
