Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech Cert) (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin. As a Medication Technician (Med Tech Cert) (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting a positive and uplifting environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring the highest level of personal care and dignity for our residents

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavioral patterns to the nursing team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment, and progress

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and games

• Participate in in-services and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and guidelines in long-term care

Requirements:

• Med Tech Certification

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of experience as a CNA preferred
