This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical and business acumen, capable of managing complex initiatives and delivering results aligned with organizational goals.Core ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope by translating business and technical requirements into actionable plans.Develop project charters, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.Establish realistic timelines and milestones to track progress.Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, analysts, and business stakeholders.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.Provide regular updates to Executive Leaders and project stakeholders through reports and meetings.Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent delays or scope creep.Resolve issues efficiently to maintain project momentum.Ensure deliverables meet quality standards in collaboration with QA teams.Oversee system and user acceptance testing phases.Align project goals with business strategy and technology roadmaps.Manage project budgets and resource allocations.Stay current with project management tools and methodologies.Skills & QualificationsTechnical & Business AcumenStrong understanding of software development cycles, architecture, and enterprise platforms.Ability to bridge technical and business needs effectively.Strong understanding of Change Management processesExperience with Process Mapping and Value Stream Mapping a plusCertifications & ToolsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems or related field; project management and/or general business management, or equivalent related IT experience.Seven or more years of project management experience preferredExperience in financial services preferredPMP and Agile/Scrum preferred.Proficiency in JIRA, burn down charts, dashboards, and reporting tools.Soft SkillsStrategic thinking and decision-making under uncertainty.Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.Recognized leadership and reliability in cross-functional environments.Additional Information:This is a hybrid position, based in our Mt.
