IT Project Manager Mid
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop project schedules, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and remote resources to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Support project documentation, including status reports, action items, and meeting minutes.
Skills:
- Project Management (3–5 years hands-on experience)
- ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management Systems).
- RTSS (Real-Time Systems Support).
- Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Risk and issue management
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
- Remote team coordination
- Project planning and scheduling
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Documentation and reporting
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors.
